re: agency, didn't see "procrastination". Some things just roll on if you/your agent take the first step. This is the biggest unlock for me personally

Taking Yoni's inside on agents for personal productivity to a logical conclusion:

There are 2 kinds of activities in writing software - human-facing and AI-facing.

In personal productivity applications - AI dominates. In enterprise systems - humans dominate.

Since agents have limited application in personal productivity - humans will continue to dominate the cost of developing and supporting software
