Loved the deck and the way Monologue personalizes your responses. Spells! What a great name. We’re excited to move forward and would like to hash out next steps on a quick call tomorrow at 11am ET—does that work for you? Let me know and I’ll send a calendar invite.

Frequently asked questions
Wait, does this actually write and send emails for me?
No, Cora will never send emails for you. It drafts responses in your voice that appear in your drafts folder, but you always have full control. You review, edit if needed, and decide when to send. Think of it as having a thoughtful assistant who prepares options for you, not someone who speaks on your behalf.
How does Cora know what's 'important' to me?
When you first sign up, Cora analyzes a selection of your email history to understand your patterns—who you respond to quickly, what types of emails you typically act on, and your communication style. It learns that emails from your boss or key clients are probably important so you always see them. You can also chat with Cora to adjust its understanding over time.
What if Cora briefs an important email?
You can always see emails that Cora archives by going into the “Next Brief” label that it creates, so you’ll know you never miss anything. If it briefs something important, you can chat or email with it to tell Cora not to do that again
Is this Gmail-only?
Yes, currently Cora works with Gmail and Google Workspace. Outlook and other email providers are not supported yet.
What exactly is a 'Brief'?
A Brief is a beautiful, scannable summary delivered twice daily (morning and afternoon) containing all your non-urgent emails—think newsletters, notifications, calendar invites, and FYIs. It's designed to be read in 30 seconds instead of spending hours in your inbox. It’s delivered as an email, and you can read it on the web.
How long is the free trial?
You can use Cora for 7 days for free.
If Cora can read all my emails to learn my voice... is that safe?
Cora uses AI models from Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI to process your emails, but we have zero backdoor access to view your emails. We’re Google Verified and compliant with GDPR, ISO 27001, and CASA 2 standards.
What happens to my existing 10,000 unread emails?
Cora only handles emails that come in after it’s turned on, but we’re working on an inbox cleaning feature. Stay tuned.
Can I turn it off if I don't like it?
Yes, absolutely. You can always turn off Cora whenever you want to. You can also easily turn off specific features, like drafts, in your settings.
Do I use Cora instead of Gmail or alongside it?
Cora connects to your Gmail and works right alongside it—no app switching needed. You continue using Gmail normally, just with fewer emails.
How many email accounts can I add to Cora?
You can add up to 2 email accounts on the professional plan or unlimited accounts on the unlimited plan.
What is Every?
Every is the media and software company that made Cora. We write a daily newsletter about the frontier of AI read by over 100,000 AI early adopters, researchers, and executives. We also build our own AI products that we bundle together, including Cora, Spiral, and Sparkle.
Free Yourself from Email
Let Cora handle your emails, so you can regain time to focus on what matters.
